The initial appointment will be a deep cleaning of all surfaces. This is done to bring the home up to professional house keeping standards in order to be ready for ongoing maintenance. Initial cleans are generally more expensive than your maintenance, depending on the size and condition of your home.
We have a muti-point customized checklist for each client and use a system of color coded cloths for all cleaning. We provide professional equipment.
